Step 1 – Planning & Architecture
Introduced the client to one of our architectural and design associates to liaise and provide a visual using the latest in CAD design software. Once the client was happy with the design and colour scheme, the architect drew up plans using the measurements produced from our surveyor. Taking into consideration building regulations and guidelines
Step 2 – The Build
Once we had the design signed off by the client, allocating the right materials and products to achieve the dream kitchen could commence. our associated joinery shop jumped right on the task with creating units and sourcing the stone worktop required for the required finish. Our team of skilled trades men started the build in accordance to the drawings produced by the architect. We replaced load baring walls with steel beams and boxed them into produce bulkheads and columns. This in turn gave the kitchen the feel of more space. Our electrician rewired to conform to the replacing kitchens lay out and lighting to the patio area.

Stage 3 – Fix and Decorate
The second fix included :
- Laying the floor
- Tape and filling of and basic prep of walls ceiling and bulkhead
- Replacing doors, skirting, architrave, coving and bifold doors
- Fitting sockets and lights throughout the kitchen and patio
- Fit Kitchen and tiling to kitchen area
The Final fix included:
- Decorations and painting
- Fitting of doors furniture and ironmongery
- Electric and gas testing
- Fitting appliances
- Fitting furniture
- Snagging
Step 4 – Signing off
Once all work was completed we continued with a site clean that was done by our trusted professional cleaners. Making sure the new open plan kitchen is clean and ready for handover to the client.
